Comments:

Documentation completed, networking and organizing activities on-going. Some owners of buildings have asked FEU-SURE for some ideas on how to improve/rehabilitate their properties (e.g., color scheme to be used when repainting their properties). A university has social capital which allows it to mobilize the goodwill of the people who live and work around it. Under this initiative, FEU-SURE was able to convince all the six owners of a building which houses a computer shop, a bank and a restaurant to agree on a color scheme for the building.
